Pillar: Community Engagement & Public Communication

Course Overview: Meaningful community engagement creates space for people to be heard and for public institutions to understand local needs, barriers, concerns, and priorities. It can improve decisions, services, trust, participation, and shared ownership when designed respectfully.

Learners move beyond one-off meetings by planning inclusive engagement, selecting suitable methods, managing expectations and risks, collecting feedback, and turning community insight into practical improvement.
