About Course

Course Code: PSC-607

Pillar: Community Engagement & Public Communication

Course Overview: Open government strengthens public confidence when institutions share appropriate information clearly, invite feedback, demonstrate accountability, and explain how citizen insight is used. Openness must still respect privacy, security, legal obligations, and authorised disclosure.

Learners develop practical approaches to transparency, public information, feedback channels, analysis, response, and closing the feedback loop so services, policies, programmes, and institutional trust can improve.
